Our team has been building software for community management since 2006. We founded COMWeb Internet Solutions, which grew to serve hundreds of associations and was acquired by TOPS Software in December 2019. In July 2021, TOPS was acquired by a private equity group and rebranded to Enumerate, extending that platform legacy across the industry.
Telebria was established on 02/04/2022 to build the next generation of tools for community management operations—focused on removing the biggest drains we've seen for decades: manual document fulfillment, repetitive resident questions, and workflow gaps. We combine deep industry experience with enterprise engineering to build systems that hold up in real operations, where compliance, turnaround time, and trust matter.
